About the Role

At Qwilr, we have thousands of customers across 60 countries and are looking to scale our growth.

Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our global sales team at our sales hub in Denver, Colorado, or work remotely from elsewhere in West Coast USA. Working closely with Business Development Reps, Customer Success and other Account Executives around the world, you will be responsible for closing business from both inbound and outbound sources.

What You'll Do

  • You'll be working leads on a round-robin basis from most of North America - so you need to be comfortable with fast-moving SMB deals as well as larger mid-market deals.
  • You'll work closely together with our Business Development Reps who spark initial interest with the potential customers.
  • You'll help potential Qwilr customers have a great time. Be a present listener to their problems and passionately advocate for Qwilr when it’s a great fit!

  • You'll run discovery calls, demo's and negotiate terms with clients.
  • You'll create a great customer experience with the challenger sales framework.
  • Finally, we'll count on you to be a great team player to problem-solve together so we all succeed leaving no one behind.

  • About You

  • You have at least 2 years experience in successfully selling SaaS products of $5k to $50k in value.
  • You can forecast Sales activity and revenue achievement.
  • You are in sales because you love helping people win.
  • You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly.
  • You excel at managing yourself like a successful business.
  • Above all, you’re a Sales professional and are excited by the prospect of building your business and hitting your monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other folks in minority groups tend to only apply when they check every box.
