Introducing: Folders π
File and find your pages more easily with folders! Now you can create folders and nested folders, then drag your pages into them to organize your Dashboard.
Here's what new...
Create folders for pages
Click the plus button in the dashboard sidebar to add a new account-level folder. Everyone on your account will now see this folder and can add pages to it.
Drag pages into folders
Select pages and drag them into folders to move them. Click and drag to select multiple pages at once. Anything you add to account folders will be accessible to everyone on your account π¨
Create nested folders
Drag folders into folders to make them nested or use the new "Create new" button to add a new page or folder within the folder you're currently in.

Every team has its own needs. But folders are flexible, so you can organize your work in the way that makes the most sense for you. Below are some ideas to get you started.
A few more tips:
- Folders are sorted by alphabetical order for now and can't be reordered. Use an @ or + sign (e.g. @Pending Signatures) to pin a folder to the top.
- A page can only live in one folder, but it can have multiple tags. Use tags whenever you want to add a layer of organization that cuts across folders or mark additional important attributes of your pages outside of their folder categorization.
