As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:
- Collaboratively design and deliver software and systems for Qwilr.
- Shape, plan, build and operate Qwilr’s product features.
- Design and implement solutions with an exceptional degree of technical understanding, and a glorious degree of excellence, balanced with an equally glorious desire to get stuff done.
- Demonstrate capability when it comes to solving complex technical challenges cleanly, and with a passion for supportable software.
- Iterate on team development practices and technical excellence/understanding - constantly improving yourself and contributing to the elevation of your Qwilr engineering team.
- Seek a collaborative, clear, shared understanding of project requirements and priorities.
- Find a balance between quality and speed that delivers consistently awesome results, aligned with Qwilr’s overall strategic goals.
- Work autonomously, with a strong bias for collaboration, helping to uplift your team, demonstrating an openness to growth.
