I'm Brendan, Head of Growth Marketing at Qwilr.

We're excited to announce an incredible opportunity for aspiring sales professionals: the Sales Development Representative role. This position is the perfect launching point for those looking to build a successful career in SaaS sales. As a Sales Development Representative at Qwilr, you will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for inbound lead qualification, building a high-quality pipeline through outbound tactics, and managing the 'pre-SQL' sales cycle. You'll collaborate closely with our high-performing Account Executives, as well as our marketing and revenue operations teams. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a vital role in driving Qwilr's growth and success.

As an SDR at Qwilr, you will be working with prospects who are sales leaders and senior sales professionals. This experience will give you constant exposure to sales experts, helping you to develop your craft and expertise faster, leading to accelerated career growth.

  • 1+ years experience in sales, lead generation, marketing or other relevant SaaS experience is favourable.
  • Bonus: Prior CRM experience is favourable, although not required.


As a Sales Development Representative at Qwilr, you will:

  • Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.
  • Create and dispatch email sequences, make cold & warm calls, and engage in account/contact research.
  • Update lead and prospect activity in HubSpot to ensure effective pipeline management.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
  • Be at the forefront of working with modern Sales tools and AI to learn what the future of SDR is
  • Be a critical part of our highly efficient Sales team with a lot of agency over how you work and how you help ensure that the sales team succeeds (you won't just be another cog in the machine!)
  • Work closely with Marketing because we believe that the SDR role is changing.
  • Have the ability to move into an AE role if that is what excites you.
