- 1+ years experience in sales, lead generation, marketing or other relevant SaaS experience is favourable.
- Bonus: Prior CRM experience is favourable, although not required.
As a Sales Development Representative at Qwilr, you will:
- Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
- Set qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.
- Create and dispatch email sequences, make cold & warm calls, and engage in account/contact research.
- Update lead and prospect activity in HubSpot to ensure effective pipeline management.
- Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
- Be at the forefront of working with modern Sales tools and AI to learn what the future of SDR is
- Be a critical part of our highly efficient Sales team with a lot of agency over how you work and how you help ensure that the sales team succeeds (you won't just be another cog in the machine!)
- Work closely with Marketing because we believe that the SDR role is changing.
- Have the ability to move into an AE role if that is what excites you.
