They come with payment, e-sign, easy integration into your CRM, and all the other functionality you wish your old PDF documents had.

We have made a beautiful product that solves customers' needs, and that in turn has made us a strong business, with a multi-million dollar ARR, consistent growth and incredibly low churn.

About the Role

Your focus will be helping potential customers discover Qwilr and evolve their business, by transforming their old-school documents to beautiful webpages using Qwilr. You'll also work with the rest of the professional services team in completing paid design work for our customers.

With Qwilr as your secret weapon and your eye for design, you will turn existing documents to visually engaging pages that are on-brand for various business contexts to help each customer's content shine.

What You'll Do

  • Convert customer's existing documents, brand assets (content, graphics, videos, etc.) and other media to create a visually impressive Qwilr Page which showcases relevant Qwilr features for the user.
  • Review and update existing Qwilr Pages to make them as impressive as they possibly can be.
  • Regularly update Qwilr's existing pool of 100+ templates by creating stand-alone brands complete with relevant visuals (logo, color palettes, fonts, graphics, etc).

  • About You

    We're looking for someone that can bring out the maximum potential of an innovative app like Qwilr. This will entail a great intuition for design, especially for professional documents. We also deal with clients from a wide array of industries all over the world, so it will truly test the flexibility of your artistic style!

    Some of the things we look for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and comfortable with actively surfacing ideas as well as challenges.
  • Familiar with some basic tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Figma.
  • Able to create visual output that feels like a singular brand, but also able to easily implement varied styles.
  • Efficiently delivers output in a timely manner, if not streamlining processes.
  • Diligent in ensuring output is always of great quality (across design, copy, etc).
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn new things and grow in your art.

    You'll submit your application along with a Qwilr Page that tells us more about you. This gives you a chance to check out Qwilr and impress us with your background and design skills.


    Initial call with our People Team

    You'll have an initial call with someone from our People team to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations, and for you to hear what it's like working at Qwilr.


    Take-home task

    We'll send you a small sample document and let you convert it to a Qwilr Page. Show us how you'd translate something existing to a visually impressive page.


    Talk to a team member

    You'll talk to an existing member of our Digital Design team to go over your page and discuss your design process. You'll also have a chance to ask someone doing the job every day what Qwilr is like.


    Talk to Diana

    This stage is a conversation with Diana, our Head of Customer Experience. She'll talk to you about your background and you can find out more about the team and the role.


    Offer 🎉

    If all lights are green, you'll have a final conversation with Diana and she'll be (very) excitedly making you an offer to join Qwilr!
