About the Role


In Qwilr, we care about creating great experiences - both in our product and in the way we work. As the Global Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission is to attract and identify talent to grow our team, and help them have the best job of their careers so far. We have been a distributed team since our inception in 2014 with a team of ~50 spread across US, Europe, Asia and Australia. Working in a hybrid remote and in-office way is not new to us, but we're continually looking for new ways to have a good time together.


What You'll Do


  • Engage in full life-cycle recruiting for roles globally, from building pipeline and creating job ads right through to offer and onboarding.
  • Be a brand ambassador and story-teller, who gets candidates excited about being part of the Qwilr journey, helping them understand the impact they can make here as we grow and revolutionise the way individuals and businesses communicate with the web.
  • Be an effective first point of screening to ensure we're speaking with the right talent for the roles we're hiring for.


  • Ensure that every candidate has an exceptional experience with Qwilr as they explore roles with us.
  • Be a partner and advisor to hiring managers, working through the requirements and impact of each requisition, selection criteria and strategies for hiring.
  • Conduct market mapping of organisations with passive talent in line with business needs.
  • Build and iterate on hiring processes and initiatives.


About You

  • Creative sourcing skills and the hustle to deliver at pace, especially for roles in engineering, product management or product design.
  • An understanding of what people in different roles generally value when considering opportunities.
  • Ability to partner with, guide and coach hiring managers, and champion an effective & inclusive hiring processes.
  • Generally, this means you'd have at least 5 years in recruitment.
