About the Role

In Qwilr, we care about creating great experiences - both in our product and in the way we work together. As the Talent & Experience Partner, your mission is to attract and identify talent to grow our team, and help build an environment for Qwilroos to have the best job of their careers so far.

We have been a distributed team since our inception in 2014 with a team of ~50 spread across US, Europe, Asia and Australia. Working in a hybrid remote and in-office way is not new to us, but we're continually looking for new ways to have a good time together.

Specifically, what this role entails will include...

  • Sourcing talent globally for job opportunities we have open and communicating with candidates, including full-cycle hiring for certain roles
  • Building awareness of who Qwilr is and increase our employer brand perception across active and passive talent pools using different channels
  • Facilitating company-wide rituals, such as our weekly Gatherings
  • Organising team events to increase employee engagement
  • Assisting in the execution of people-related initiatives that improve employee experience (e.g. Mental health awareness, anniversaries, swag, learning opportunities)
  • Ensure that everyone who steps through the door of our Sydney office has a good experience being in a smooth-running office

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in either recruitment, people operations, customer success, consulting, marketing or sales within the tech space (or a combination of any of the above)
  • You hustle and can point to examples of how you've made things happen despite challenges
  • No task is too big or too small for you, from tackling something new with a steep learning curve, or watering the plants that make our office greener
  • You are highly aware of yourself and others
  • You are a clear and considered communicator, especially when it comes to written communication.
